I agree about Ryan - he is one cold, nasty piece of work. Makes the hair stand up on the back of my neck - a really great baddie.

Ryan has creeped me out ever since he appeared on his bike in Series 1. A nasty little scumbag he was then, and went on to be a real horror, so eager to cut Arnott's finger off. Since then he has murdered without hesitation, and proved he is pure evil through and through.

Ryan seems to be your classic psychopath, acting normal and hiding in plain sight.

In a previous life I used to do social enquiry reports on people on remand awaiting trial and I am sure if we look back at Ryan’s early years we would find family dysfunction, lack of attachment, and deprivation.......but putting all that aside, yes he was a creepy child on his bike and has not changed much as an adult. He is a good actor. Looking forward to Sunday night.

Yes silverlining, his childhood is typical of men who go on to develop psychopathic anti social emotionally unstable personalities
