I loved the first three series but found S4 really rather depressing. Perhaps I’m just overly fond of happy endings but that gloom fest (except for the valiant youngsters) was just disheartening.

Only on Series 2. Pity that it gets darker as I was enjoying a laugh.

Love this series. And am learning some French as well but oh how I would love a trip to Paris!

We loved it too, we binge watched it over the last few weeks, it was quite amusing, but I was surprised that it was supposed to be a comedy.

Another binge-watcher here! I absolutely loved it and found that my head was very full of French during the days I watched it, a bit like an immersion language course. Sadly, normal service has been resumed now!
