Dinner Ladies was great.

So sad. We'll never see her like again.

It was an awful shock, but then she was a private person.

She left a legacy of classic lines though... "spank me on the bottom with a woman's weekly".

She was only 62y when she died. RIP lovely lady.
She had a sad, lonely childhood. She once said ‘I feel sorry for that little girl, looking back’.

I haven't seen that, either.
I have lots to look forward to, I think.

I remember Housewife 49. Brilliant acting.

I've never seen a single episode of Dinner Ladies, and I can't imagine why not.

I recently watched all the episodes of Dinner Ladies again on Netflix.
I was sitting in a tearoom in Harrogate (no, not that one), when the news of Victoria Wood's death was announced. I remember exactly where I was as it was such a shock.

I'm still laughing at Julie Walters's cutting remark.

I came sixth in the worlds greatest bottom poll.

Julie Walters is a great actress.

She's on again in special compilation programmes at Christmas. I really liked her. I wonder if she ever really knew how much the public thought of her.
