Well it seems all channels work fine without the aerial I’m puzzled but hey ho there are more important things in life.

Do you have BBC app on the TV? This could be why you could watch it without an aeriel.
I have a prime stick on my TV in the bedroom so don't need an aerial to watch it.

Wasn’t sure if this should go in the tech thread anyway I accidentally unplugged my tv aerial yesterday and realised after I’d watched the early breakfast news this morning that it was working fine without the aerial being plugged in.
I’m confused as to how? so any thoughts for this technically challenged individual.
