Vera (looking smart her new coat)

I just cannot get into this programme although it seems very popular. I couldn’t read the books either, don’t know why ?

Vera's new coat much the same as the old one. What a fantastic character she is and the story lines are excellent.

Just googled and Brenda Blethyn is 74 next month.
Wow, hasn’t she worn well.

Also he is older than me, at 61, I rather think he is the same age as both of those characters ? He still thinks he is a young football lad.

I’ve recorded it and haven’t seen it yet! Can’t wait to watch it tonight as DH out with friends, he refers to her as ‘the nosy old woman’, and Father Brown as ‘that nosy old man’

Well ! Having recorded it, I watched it all the way through to see her new hat and coat.Did she have one? Did I miss it?
