I didn't realise how much I liked Lynda til now. I think she may still be clinging on because the continuity announcer would surely not have let the cat out of the bag?
I sneaked a peek into next week's Radio Times in Asda this morning before buying my cheaper TV mag which doesn't include radio. Lynda's name was not included in the cast list, but Gavin and Robert's names were. Of course she may remain unconscious for a while rather than dead!
I suppose blowing up Grey Gables is easier than having to put loads of precautions in place. They won't have to worry about cancelled bookings costing them money because Philip's insurance will cough up.
Presuming he's adequately insured. Otherwise it will be another boring Home Farm scenario.
Is the Laurels (or whatever it's called) in lockdown?
Yes I thought that Luckygirl I don't know how far in advance it's recorded, but no doubt they'll turn it into a public safety broadcast when they catch up. I wonder if Kate will have some daft herbal remedies for the virus. Watch this space.
I know it is recorded in advance, but where is this year’s West Midlands flooding? Is Debbie affected by the Coronavirus in Hungary and how on earth can Kirsty and Philip still be obsessing about their wedding party? It is not going to happen .
I suppose if they can't get the cast together to record they will suspend the Archers ? for a while as they are doing with TV series. That will disrupt my routine. I will really miss regular Radio 4 progs.
