I feel it was 3 hours of my life wasted! Pity as I like the actors in it.

We enjoyed Voming Home as well - I thought his choice of new woman was not so good for him but got her out of a bad situation!

I thought Marcella was being set up as a change of direction and she will emerge in another series as an undercover detective.

I loved the whole series I thought it was well written and well acted My friends all enjoyed it too I m missing it already I thought the ending was a good compromise and ended on a decent note
I watched Marcella too but found that so complex with so many unanswered questions that although I kept watching I found it hard work

I agree with you travels. Seemed like everything they had gone through was irrelevant, they sorted amicably anyway. Felt like a waste of time in the end. (Thought the make up or whatever in the flash backs was a bit iffy. CE ended up looking quite scary).

Watched the final episode of this last night on I player. What a strange ending. does anyone else agree?

I agree with Merlotgran this is one of the most miserable series ever. Dysfunctional adults and troubled children, dark, wet, cold looking scenery, angry faces and violence. Is life really like this for some people do you think???

Perhaps in later episodes things will change but so far the wife looks like a very unsympathetic character.

Quite interested in this, but want to bang their heads together. Looks like a custody battle next week. I would have thought that 2 of the 3 have the choice as they are old enough. But I can't really understand why the wife has left. Unless there is something we don't know??!!

We've given up and with Save Me - is that what it's called?

It is well acted and, I think, quite convincing. But it is depressing and I hope there's at least a little bit of cheer in the final episode.

What a miserable drama this is turning out to be and the constant flashing backwards and forwards is really confusing.

I didn't care for it, thought it unrealistic.
Wife possibly discovered she's gay perhaps? Will I ever know, or care for that matter.

I know what you mean merlot I watched as there was nothimg else I fancied.
I enjoyed it.

I saw it and found it rather dull.

I didn't think I would enjoy it but I did. Looking forward to the next episode.

Oh well I guess we re all different I really enjoyed it

I was quite bored by it and gave up half way through.
