Tracy breaks the news

We watched the first one, not seen her since Three of a Kind, was that the 80s? Her portrayal of the various big wigs was excellent but the script just wasn’t funny.

I'm watching and loving it.

I'm really enjoying this. I disagree Alima, I think the scripts are very well-written and funny. I'm amazed at how they can produce these programmes so quickly to keep them topical. Tracey is fantastic in all her guises - even as Corbyn, and it's very difficult for a woman to act convincingly as a man. The first series of The Tracey Ullman Show seemed old-fashioned, but I think this latest series she has really got in her stride.

I think her Corbyn is great! The scene in the allotment was brilliant.

I love her characters. She takes swipes right across the political board. My favourite up to now is her Merkel/Macron negotiations when Merkel ended up being overwhelmed by Macron manliness.

I liked the Merkel ‘wanting to be hot’ scene!

I think she's very good in Howards End.
