Apart from DD1 and I, the whole of our family were/are fanatical Nottingham Forest supporters (somewhat frustrated ones currently!) All 5 of them went regularly and DD2 even organised a supporters group when she moved to London.
Life moves on though and all 3 daughters are married to people with different allegiances though we have, thankfully, managed to lose the Leicester City supporter - another thing we had against the Idiot!
DH and DS1 still have season tickets.
Aged 12, DS2 was invited to train with Leicester City Youth Team, as it was then, but it was taking a lot of time and he chose to drop it. He now coaches an under 16s team.
I have carted boys, balls and coaches to and from matches, washed kit, helped organise fixtures, stood on touchlines in all weathers, sat in A and E, held hands while injuries were dressed and stitched, congratulated and consoled.
And now we support 3 football playing grandsons.
And then there is the family Fantasy Football League to contend with.
