Tonight, on Gogglebox, Mary to Giles, "well, if you carry on like that, I will just have to get the spray"

Mary and Giles may just be my favourites on Gogglebox although I most of them.
I'm still chuckling at last week's example of Giles's hypochondria -phantom hat syndrome!

Phoenix, I did wonder what sort of spray Mary had hidden away, 'house pests', WD40 type, others are available.
Did you watch 'Posh Pawn"? The young woman who wanted to sell her collection of designer bags came out with a wonderful saying, something like, " If my clothes look disorganised, that is how I intended them to look, and if my hair looks a mess, that is how it is supposed to be" . Or words to that effect.
I now have the perfect come back when I may look like I've been pulled through a hedge backwards. smile

I love 'Posh Pawn' too. Real people are often so much more entertaining than fictional ones.

Giles and Mary are the only characters worth watching now.

The Siddiqui's (sp) are good too.

Each to their own of course but I don't find Gogglebox remotely entertaining.

I love it too, and yes I think Giles and Mary are wonderful! I do like the way they speak.

The two friends in the static caravan are good entertainment value as well. She makes me laugh!

They are described as friends but seem to have done everything together. They are good fun.

Could have done without the sushi performance though hmm
