Mind over Marathon

What an emotional documentary, over two days, following a great group of people with mental health issues as they prepared for the London Marathon! It will have helped to raise awareness and it was wonderful to watch the involvement of the Royals, they were so genuine.
To anyone who missed it I would recommend watching as long as you have a hankie!
