Had the pleasure of seeing it performed live in the savoy theatre a couple of years ago....Will young was spectacular

One of my favourite films. I find the sequence where they attend the country inn and the song starts up with the young Germans, so spine tingling. Very thought provoking film

Watched Cabaret again last night- made in 1972, way ahead of its time. Starred Liza Minelli. It's still a stunning movie - enjoyed it all over again. Fantastic songs, good acting, Won a few Oscars, no doubt. It has certainly stood the test of time. I have vague memories that Judi Dench did it on stage but I never saw that one.
