I have always enjoyed a good court case movie especially one with a twist at the end. Witness for the Prosecution was good also Anatomy of a Murder, although they were made a long time ago. Anyone suggest some more they can recommend?

I've got The Pelican Brief waiting to be watched, but DD has told me she thought it was very boring, when she saw it at the cinema.

It's by John Grisham. How can it be boring? confused

(The book, that is)

"To Kill a Mockingbird". One of the best.

"A Few Good Men" (Tom Cruise and Jack Nicholson); "Judgment at Nuremburg" was a cracking film.

Suspect.....1987. Cher, Dennis Quaid, Liam Neeson.
I second grumppa's suggestion of Twelve Angry Men, it's superb!

Twelve Angry Men -oh yes! Brilliant.

Not a film but does anyone remember Crown Court? It was brilliant. I used to watch it when I was bunking swotting for exams. It was a bit kind of hammy but..so what.

I quite like Presumed Innocent but generally prefer British offerings.

Kavanah QC with the lovely John Thaw, still going and Judge John Deed is to.
Making a new show of happy valley.

The Caine Mutiny, with Humphrey Bogart. A classic.

Yes loved Martin Shaw in Judge John Deed. John Grisham if not boring can be very 'samey ' sorry pedants .

Primal Fear with Richard Gere.

Anniebach Wed 21-Sept-16 21:04:00

The Cain Mutiny. 12, Angry Men . Judgement at Nurrmbeurgh , hard to sit through the third. To Kill a Mockingbird.

Loved them all but if I had to choose only one then twelve angry men
