Really enjoyed it & so did DH although he was intending to go of to the study as soon as it started- he did not see the first series.
I need to watch first series again though before next week as I have forgotten a lot. What a shame they killed Rachael off.

Jalima I did, my favourite linegrin

Jane10 Tue 06-Sept-16 10:08:34

I enjoyed it thoroughly. Wasn't sure it would be any good but it was. Even if you'd never seen it before you'd be hooked. Well done ITV!

DanniRae Tue 06-Sept-16 08:49:51

Watched it and LOVED it - and my husband, who never watched the previous series, enjoyed it too. Good to have something that we both enjoy.

glammanana Tue 06-Sept-16 08:44:38

Brilliant well worth the wait, looking forward to next weeks episode.

Christinefrance Tue 06-Sept-16 08:44:21

I enjoyed it too, think it will take another couple of episodes to fully get into its stride. Didn't they look good.

Greyduster Tue 06-Sept-16 08:39:29

Have yet to watch it - something to look forward to!

Hear! Hear! Thoroughly enjoyed it?

annsixty Tue 06-Sept-16 06:05:40

I must be jaded. I thought it was trite and predictable.

Eloethan Tue 06-Sept-16 00:50:37

It had sort of luke warm previews but I thought it was brilliant! I'm so glad it's back - the characters are great.

ninathenana Tue 06-Sept-16 00:31:05

I was hoping it would be as good as the last series.
It didn't disappoint.

and did you all the catch the little comment about James's/Adam's hair? grin

Jalima Mon 05-Sept-16 22:53:47

Spot on!!

Loved it first time round, loved this episode and hope the rest lives up to that!

(if I have a teeny little gripe shock perhaps the sound quality wasn't as good as it could have been.)

Watched it with my daughter shed caught up with the last series first. Unlike some of the older sitcoms they've recently tried to revive( and failed miserably) it was absolutely fabulous. My daughter said she couldn't believe she'd have to wait another whole week for the next bit, it's going to be brilliant!!

gma Mon 05-Sept-16 22:34:36

Fabulous!! Congratulations ITV!! You have got it just right!!

Anniebach Mon 05-Sept-16 22:27:09

Loved it, had a text from my daughter in the middle declaring it was brilliant .

Pittcity Mon 05-Sept-16 22:22:43

Crossed postslully ?

Pittcity Mon 05-Sept-16 22:21:57

That was fabulous, as if they'd never been away.
The old series were on ITV hub jingl, so you can catch up free if you've got a bit of time.

LullyDully Mon 05-Sept-16 22:20:19

The whole box set is on ITV hub. I watched it a couple of weeks ago as I didn't watch it before. Was quickly addicted.

Maggiemaybe Mon 05-Sept-16 22:16:30

Wasn't it just? A proper treat. And they've all aged a hell of a lot better than I have so well.

Lona Mon 05-Sept-16 22:07:49

Just as though it never stopped! Brilliant!

merlotgran Mon 05-Sept-16 22:07:44

I'm saving it up for Wednesday because DH will be fishing so I can have a lazy afternoon.

Ana Mon 05-Sept-16 22:04:06

Loved it!

Must admit I was a bit worried it wouldn't work, but it did.

jinglbellsfrocks Mon 05-Sept-16 22:02:35

That was so good.

But I'm gonna have to get the previous series cos I can't remember enough about it!
