Most annoying TV presenter?

I recorded a few of ITV daytime's 'Guess this House' for 'rainy day' watching. As well as the non-grammatical title, Saira Khan the presenter is so intense, false and loud that I have no desire to watch more than the first episode, so have deleted the rest. As a previous Apprentice contestant, she is meant to be intelligent, but even her pronunciation of (H)aitch irritates me.
Who would you choose as your most annoying presenter?

T'other one is at least quite witty - unlike TD who is far too old to be girlishly giggly.

I can't get used to her!grin

No, no, Gemmag, already said above - leave the lovely Robert Peston out of it! grin - and his hair.

It's gotta be that blonde woman on Strictly - Tess Daly, is it? She's just awful, simper, simper, flick hair, simper..................etc.

Clarkeson grrrrr!

Gemmag Mon 12-Oct-15 20:49:43

I was never too keen NanKate until I saw a BBC programme about him recently when he went back to his roots.
Years ago we met one of his old schoolfriends on holiday, spent some of the holiday on trips and walking with him and his wife; he still felt very warmly towards Melvyn.

His name has come to me a day late hmm Melvyn Bragg.

Naga Munchetty, BBC Breakfast, Steph also BBC Breakfast, these two always irritate me. I don't like Munchetty's laugh and as for Steph's grating voice....

Although she is a very good presenter, mainly history programmes, Ruth Goodman has the weirdest dress sense EVER! Her colour combinations and eccentric styles have to be seen to be believed. I do like her style of presenting and I bet she's very nice in person, but gosh!!!

Valbeasixties Sat 05-Sept-15 21:30:50

I dislike the notion of using a presenter who is a celebrity, or one who has become 'flavour of the month' for some reason, who has no insight into, or experience of, the subject matter of the programme.
And HildaW I heartily dislike the condescending attitude of the Eggheads too!

AlgeswifeVal Sat 05-Sept-15 21:15:51

The winner has got to be Kate Garaway. Her gravelling laugh is just awful. Bill Turnbull seems to get his lines wrong even when reading the to cue. When Steph does her turn I have to switch over. Can't abide her accent.(grin)

Bruce Forsyth. He spoiled Strictly for me.

Lorraine Kelly (she is SO patronising - is there anything or anybody she doesn't like?!) sickingly OTT.
Keith Lemon - foul mouthed and foul man
Sussanah Reid - God like impression of herself to us mere mortals, yuk!
Bruce Forsyth - insincere, limelight stealer and bad wig !

Have to say, despite his faults, Jonathan Ross was much better on the radio on Saturday mornings than Graham Norton. He isn't funny, and talks a lot of nonsense. Can't stand his inane laughter.

Suzanne whats her name, was on BBC Breakfast and now on ITV. Goodness she loves herself!

Nelliemaggs Sat 05-Sept-15 16:06:32

I just had to put in my two penn'orth. David Dickinson and Tim Wonnacott. I'm really interesting in antiques but can't watch either of them.

I like Robert Peston's delivery and he has done well to succeed on television , having overcome a stammer. Also he was very brave to be back on air so soon after the sad death of his wife. We are too quick to pull people to pieces these days....
