What has happened to the Ten o'clock news? We now have something called Outside Source (what that relates to I do not have any idea). It's a chap in front of a big computer screen with lots of little boxes which he taps to access a news item.

It reminds me of ITV's Open/Shut ? That Box where there were prizes hidden in the boxes.

Let's return to a newscaster sitting behind a table and delivering the news. I don't like it when they have to stand up and give the news either. I often notice the women newscasters if they have a bit of a tum on them hold their papers in front of their stomach. smile I have been known to do that on family photos.

Is that what OS means? I do not look at it when it's like that. At the moment I am just listening, and watching when there is something to see.
I like watching news 24 for the discussions on tomorrow's papers, as well as the news. One night last week there were two women on, and I think if it had gone on longer, there would have been a fight.

Are you watching now, nankate. About the migrants? There's going to be another fight.

No I am multi tasking Durhamjen - listening to local radio, having a session on Gransnet and a bit of Sudoku !

I agree the migrant situation is escalating.

Do you just watch if for the possible fights, durhamjen? grin

I meant between the two people discussing tomorrow's papers, but I see what you mean and agree.

I watch and learn.
