Funny you should mention it, we had a surreal moment yesterday as DH and I were having a bite in one of our favourite cafes, Le Pain Quotidien opposite the Royal Free Hospital after his iron infusion and watched an enormous lorry emblazoned with Irn- Bru on its side making its way up Pond Street towards the hospital!
