Sophia Loren, I think. When I was little my mother would watch anything she was in. I thought she was beautiful - now I see photos of my mother and realise that she looked very like her. Sadly I look far more like my father.

Maria (Julie Andrews) from The Sound of Music. All dirndl skirts, singing and dancing, falling in love and being too good to be true, escaping across the mountains and living happily ever after wink

Katharine Hepburn as Bunny Watson in the film 'Desk Set.' So funny and stylish, and very witty. I wish! grin

My actor granddaughter's favourite actor. My grandaughter is dark, thin and alluring but not petite, being 5'10".

Oh, and the character would have to be Holly Golightly, of course! grin

Audrey Hepburn, just to experience being petite, dark and alluring without being overtly sexy.

Enoch or Elijah from the bible.
They didnt have to do death, they were the only two taken to Heaven without having to die first.

If for one day you could be a character from any film or book who would it be?

I would like to be Madame Arcati from Blithe Spirit. I would wear eccentric velvet clothes, lots of long necklaces and silk scarves. I would then commune with the spirits for a small fee and a glass of brandy to revive me. hmm
