Terrific Australian TV show about a very naughty defense lawyer, Cleaver Green - the 'Rake' of the title. Just started series 3. I don't think it is being shown in the UK which is a pity as it is raucious, clever, and very funny but with a tragic edge.
I do hope you get it over in the UK, 'cos the first episode of series 3 had me laughing so much, even though it ended in 2 very bloody murders.
Apparently it is based on a real lawyer. I understand an American version is to be made, but I can't see how - their humour is not as black as Australian and British humour - it would be difficult to make it work.
