Fell down a sinkhole on the old grey Jubilee and find myself hurtling past NEASDEN. Is anybody going to stop the rot?

LizG Sat 18-Jan-14 22:19:52

Pittcity Sat 18-Jan-14 19:52:01

Sorry tiggy but according to Wikipedia "NF Stovold’s Mornington Crescent: Rules and Origins" is out of print.

Galen Sat 18-Jan-14 19:49:02

I'd be falling down on my commitment to this game if I didn't say -----

Passengers are advised that the horrendous smell at St. James's Park is of no concern and is definitely not the First of the Twelve Signs.

Anne58 Sat 18-Jan-14 19:22:24

tiggy to learn the lore that is Mornington Crescent, you must devote yourself to the ways of the wise. To discipline your mind and body, to the point that you are totally focused on the path that is Mornington Crescent.

Spurning all earthly things, letting your whole inner being be driven towards the ultimate goal, to dream the impossible dream, to fight the unbeatable foe, to bear the unbearable sorrow, to run where the brave dare not go...
Oh bugger, warped off again.

tiggypiro Sat 18-Jan-14 19:10:02

Like many others ........................!! PLEASE tell us how to play. You are having so much fun that some of us cannot join in with !

Anne58 Sat 18-Jan-14 19:04:28

Pittcity Sat 18-Jan-14 19:03:47

DH, who is a line controller on the Bakerloo Line, says Earls Court and that you would understand why wink

ninathenana Sat 18-Jan-14 19:03:20

I'm on my way through the Wenger tunnel to Highbury & Islington

papaoscar Sat 18-Jan-14 18:48:24

Ahh.. free and on the move at last! Tripped over my snicket on the down escalator and dropped my Baedeker. Tried to make special pleading for assistance to the Bow Street Runners using my 'get out of the manure' card but they promptly arrested me for vagrancy. No way to treat an officer and gentleman, even if I were one! Managed to escape and am now pushing on to BANK to replenish my sporran!
