Bavarian Castles Tour

Just been watching a tv programme about this and decided it would be a great idea for a holiday. Do any of you have any recommendations for tour companies or even doing this yourself. I initially wondered about a flight into Munich (we are in UK) and arranging it all ourselves (seen a bus tour company on trip advisor with good reviews) for days out to various castles etc. Any tips any one?, thanks in ant!

If your thinking of going by coach I can recommend Shearings. I don't know off hand if they do the tour tour looking for.

We drove to the area 3 yrs ago to do the castle tour, we loved it.

Bavaria is glorious, we've been twice, once for Christmas and then in early September. Not done a coach tour, to be honest that's my idea of hell!

P.S.. Leave a bit of time to spend in Munich, great city.
