I'm going on a journey.....

I'm off on Elizabeth at the end of the month. She's a little bigger but not much.

She's a lovely ship and actually very small and friendly. I usually have cabin 4097 and it's very comfy.

I'm off tomorrow on the Queen Victoria. I'm hoping for calm seas. I've never been on such a large ship,2000 passengers and I feel anxious. I keep watching the forecast for the Bay of Biscay.

Granny-a that would be nice. [sigh]

how long will you be here Riverwalk? Got a rotten cold at the mo... but if you are staying more than 1 week, could meet half-way? Like Lausanne.

Oh, me too, Nina! After the knee, the cataracts (and a hip to be done) we are hoping that our postponed holidays this year will happen next year - Australia, South Africa....

I'd love to join you on that beautiful journey but tomorrow I'm off to Switzerland to stay with my son.

I do love Dorset though particularly the coast.

Lovely video. Sometimes I think I would like to up-sticks and move to Devon. It would take me further away from the grandsons though.
