Can't you tell them where to go cancel and look elsewhere? Sounds like a rip-off.

I am not able to actually speak to them until they open tomorrow. I was getting a discount as we use the same company for work. I have looked at other companies and they all seem to want to charge for a week when it would only be 5 days

I would certainly look elsewhere if they don't come up with a better offer,as regarding not opening on Sunday's can't you just drop the car off on their forecourt and deposit the keys in their postbox that is what our local car rental place ask's clients to do.

Spoke to them today and apparently there are bands for hiring of three or four days then it jumps to a week. It seems to be the same for most hire companies. The stupid thing is I am only renting for four days because they will not let me return the car on a Sunday!

Have u tried Enterprise. Brilliant here in N.Ireland. Don't know if they are on the mainland.

Enterprise have terrible online reviews.
