Hi there, sorry for the delay in getting back to you about this. We've implemented additional protections against these misbehaving ads now so the problem should be very much lessened if not completely gone (we hope it's completely gone but the proof of the pudding etc.) If you see any more, let us know. I had it this morning but it was the first time I have experienced the black screen.

I didn't have anything this morning, no Gransnet, it was down or was it just me?

I had it some moths ago, maybe longer and it was fixed, so something has changed, either by the advertiser or in GN’s software.

I went into settings, Jaxjacky and changed a few things but it's still there.
Also went into Samsung via the advert but it's impossible to send a message to them.

Hi @Jaxjacky, did you say this is a samsung ad? Have you (or anyone else) happened to note where you end up if you click it? Knowing where it goes will help us to identify and block it. Thanks.

Hi - why is it that the search function no longer works? I wanted to look up shingles in Health and of course, I can’t.
