Bra strap showing could do with ideas to stop it.

I find that tops where the necklines are just a bit too wide benefit from running shirring elastic around inside the neck hem to pull it in to the desired level. As the elastic isn't stretched much there is no bunching, and I then feel confident that nothing will be on show!

I use clothes tape which is quick and easy. You just cut a strip and stick it to you bra strap (on the shoulder) then tear off the double sided backing and hold your clothes down in place so the clothes get stuck to the bra strap

You could just sew a small length of tape into your new top on the shoulder. Sew one end and put a small press stud on the other and you can put your bra strap under the tape.

My mother always sewed a small piece of ribbon into the shoulders of our dresses with a press stud, just as LuckyFour suggested. Worked perfectly.

I just use a safety pin. Pin into the top and thread the bra strap through. If it's the top that moves the bra strap should hold it in place. Also stops loose bra straps from falling.

...or you could use some 'tit' tape to hold your top in place?

You might take it to a tailor and get it fitted as well. We all have one shoulder a bit higher than the other. Sometimes just a pinch at the shoulder seam will make it fit nicer.

Yes, I remember people buying them at the haberdashery stall in our local market - you can probably still get them somewhere similar. But I've just had a quick google (bra strap holder) and Amazon offer them - of course!
