Got all 8. I get notifications from my bank when my statements are due and I check my account at least once a week anyway. I have also had notifications about fraudulent activity and know which is the correct number to call.

I scored 7 out of 8, I'd still ring the bank myself rather than reply to a text, just to be sure

I got 7/8 and i am suprised that I got one wrong as i thought i was really good at spotting fraudulent requests! Its so worrying how real some of the texts seem!

I got 5 out of 8, the ones I got wrong were the ones that are genuine from the bank. It's always hard these days to know what's right and wrong sometimes.

I got 6 out of 8 -I'm actually quite shocked as I regard myself as being ultra cautious about bogus calls and texts. A good quiz that points out that we're all vulnerable and need to be even more vigilant.

7/8 I would have got 8/8 but I was sloppy in reading one question. I do hate all the spam/fraudulent e-mails that come in, there are some wicked people out there.

Embarrassed that I only got 5/8, at least I was erring on the side of caution!

Only 5 out of 8. Oh dear. However, I said no to all the ones about text messages, but that's because my bank would never text me and I would suspect anything like that. I don't do online banking either. We have all got to keep on our toes these days eh?

The only safe rule is never to click on an email link unless you are sepcifically expecting it, e.g. when you are registering onto something and you have to confirm your email address.

What I always do is check the links (you can do this on Apple computers by hovering over the links). If they look dubious, not what they claim to be, I just delete the email they came in. If the link looks as if it might be genuine, I go to the website of the sender and check that way.

It's worth remembering that there are very few times when you need to click on a link in an unsolicited email. Just don't do it. Get to where the link is trying to send you via another route (web browser) if you feel you must.

I got 8 out of 8 but I think my success was because I has taken a similar test a few weeks ago through one of the online newspapers where I got one wrong. This made me more cautious, which I'm sure is the aim of the tests, by making me much more aware of what to look for when I receive these messages and emails.

I got 8/8 but I was being particularly cautious. As a general rule I wouldn't give details to anyone unless I had contacted them on a known number. it's a scary world out there!
