I have no sense of direction and spend a disproportionate amount of time getting lost - on foot, by car, finding the right platform at stations and even once the wrong airline terminal. I used to work myself up into a right state.
But now I don't get all hot and bothered anymore. There's always another train (I've found out the hard way), if you keep driving around and around eventually you'll find a sign, and if you get lost on foot there's always a kindly person who'll take pity and steer you in the right direction if you simply ask.
Over the decades I've found I always get where I'm going eventually and I've had adventures and met all sorts of interesting people along the way.
