Sometimes the posts seem to slant slightly upwards.
Although when you line the little pointy arrow up between the pink bit and either end of a last sentence of a post, there seems to be the same amount of space.
'Member offers' should take you through to the Competitions page, gracesmum (as whatisa suggests). It should also open up what we call the subsidiary nav bar (the blue one) and offer you a choice of going to Discount partners or Competitions.
Joan Bakewell should be in the main box on the home page. It sounds as though on Internet Explorer she's gone walkabout.
Bit like one of those pictures in Harry Potter.
Tech will look at this, I am sure, to see if they can see what's going on.
em hover your mouse over Member Offers on the green panel at the top. Member Discounts and Competitions should appear in a blue bar. Click on competitions for the biscuits. I don't know where Joan Bakewell gets to.
I have just tried it on Internet Explorer and it's totally different on there. There you get the words Member Offers with Discount Partners and Competitions underneath and they are partially obscured by the picture of Baroness Joan Bakewell.
It is permanently under the word Forums.
You can still get to the competitions (and the picture of the fantastic looking biscuits) and, I think, to member offers. I can't remember that bit.
Have you NOT got the bar that starts with the blue box with Forums written in white, followed by the green rest-of-the-bar with stuff like Being a gran, Blogs, Life and Style, and ending with My Gransnet?
