Caching for Winter

I was baking my Christmas cake today and found a bag of dried up(very) raisins in the cupboard so popped them out for the wildlife and for the whole time I was making the cake a squirrel spent that time caching them in my lawn as I watched him out the window. He’s well stocked for Winter. ???

Yes, we’ve got 2 squirrels caching in our lawn, they’ve also built a drey in a tree at the end of our garden.

How lovely ours are in the park we back on to but they bring the babies here when they are born.
It’s a tried and tested cake recipe but I had a real struggle grating the rind and squeezing the juice of my orange and lemon as have a rotator cuff injury in my shoulder ? it was very painful.
