Spiritual Mediums

A few years ago I went to 4 or 5 sessions with a couple of friends. Each time was with a different medium. It was a bit embarrassing but at every one I got picked out for messages but both my friends were desperate to be selected.

At the last one we sat right at the back of a large crowd and I sat low in my chair but still got a message and it was scarily accurate.

I went to an extraordinary meeting, which Kenny Everett's wife Lee, held a spiritual session. It was spooky, I was with 2 of my sister's. Our mother had died 6 months previously, she had taken her own life. Lee Everett picked us out of a huge audience naming our family. She then went into something called transfiguration where her body contorted and she literally wailed. This went on for 5 minutes. It freaked us out as her partner, also on stage, explained that our mother couldn't speak to or through her as she was still very distraught but she was being looked after. This was about 40 years ago. So I think my mind remains open. I've also had visions of people who have passed, some known to me and others not. Especially when I lived in a 16th Century Manor House in North Wales. I've studied hand analysis for years and I used to feel and sense different auras around some people. Not so much now. But so much can not be put into a neat box. There are many areas of our brains that are mostly unused.

I've been to psychic classes and found it very interesting. Lessons hardly cost anything.
Near where I live are psychic meetings in a local spiritualist church. The cost to get in is the same as a meal and cup of tea in a cafe. Also the price goes toward raffle ticket so you could win a prize later.
The people running the psychic get togethers are extremely nice and they do have other normal jobs regularly like 9/5.
As for your personal experience OP, I too would avoid giving much money to someone claiming to know things because there are scams.

I visited one years ago. At the time my son was travelling with his girlfriend he’d been away around two months when I went to see her. They’d planned to be away a year. She told me they’d come back early, and gave me a date.
I really didn’t think he’d come back and was totally unconvinced. Anyway you’ve guessed it, he arrived back on the date she’d given me.
She also said he’d be coming back to study and he’d work with his hands. Also true.

I went to a medium years ago, being somewhat sceptical. She told me one of my sons would meet a girl after he'd travelled overseas. I said it couldn't be that son as he was not ever likely to go overseas. However, several years later he did go, for my mother's funeral and he met a girl just weeks before going. They've been together about 12 years now.

I visited one some years ago as a private session and she told me things about a family member that only myself and NO ONE else knew apart from the person concerned. There was no way whatsoever the medium could have learned anything about me and my family circumstances. My session wasn’t particularly expensive so I wouldn’t have felt ripped off anyway.

I believe people should have free choice, if mediums aren’t for you then no one is compelling you to go are they?
