It means that God owns everything and when He recreates the world He intended humans to live in He will choose some of the dead to be reincarnated anew to live in that world.

Not very many people will get that chance as they prefer to worship other 'gods' ie 'alter egos' of Satan.

Where does it say that God will recreate the world? Where does it say he will choose from the dead?

I see the phrase 'spare them'. That implies forgiveness.

Can I ask which denomination/church you belong to so that I know who is using the Bible to spread such a bitter message?

vq, he/she said on another thread that she picked up a Jehovahs witness Bible.
I dont know if you know much about their translations, but they alter the Bible many times so that it doesnt look much like the other translations which are almost identical and dont lose the central themes.
I am not quite finding the right words, but I expect you get the gist.
