I don’t want to go into too many details but as far as I’m aware there are no after effects at all. Everything returns to normal after the event if you see what I mean.

I think the poster is trying to say that she suspects he is playing away and using Viagra in the evening, the effects of which are still visible in the morning.

I have no experience of Viagra or how long it lasts, just surmising

As he takes viagra I would doubt he could natually and spontaneously react in the mornings, as some posters seem to think.

If you are worried that he is playing away, remember no one goes into to town to shop if the corner shop stocks what is needed.
If you know that he is using viagra, presumably, you are providing some of the items on his shopping list.
But could there be a medical problem, causing priapism?

IF you could persuade him to use a restrictor ring, things tend to die down after it is removed; (But that needs to be done over two layers of kitchen paper. Not supposed to keep it on for more than 30 minutes)
