Mistakes you have made

On my Freecycle group I was alarmed by one person's email address.

I am English but live in Wales.

The offending email address was WelshTheRapist @ .......... (I've used capital letters to show you how I read it).

I decided to trot out an email reply saying that I didn't want them to have my item because of the awful email name and was really quite disgusted.

Thank goodness I didn't press send because in the split second before pressing send I realised they were actually -

WelshTherapist @......

I used to work in IT in the 80s.
IBM had a computer maintenance side called IBM Care.
A Chinese company tried to muscle in, a very big company called Wang.
They had headline ads in the IT press for Wang Care.
We used to ring them just to hear the call answer script.

Stree I had a boyfriend for a while who worked for Wang. He should have worked for Wang Care...!
