Another child, 3 years old has died suffocated in a car in France.

Do they prosecute the parents, for what is basically murder by negligence.

Sadly two children aged 2 and 4 years have died being left in a car in the current heatwave in France. Nearly 40 degrees here.
The stupidity of some people.
