On the other hand there is the possibility people are fed up with Restore and Reform capitalising on such events ie. Henry Nowak's murder and Stephen Ogilvie's attack for political gain particularly when the respective families asked for this not to happen. Some people also do not relish the triggering of the violent protest scenes seen in Southampton last week and Belfast this week which Restore and Reform do not condemn.

Many posters are also aware of Musk's support for Restore/Lowe and aware of the part he plays in social media triggering a violent protest response.

I don't have much of a view on restore but I think Reform would probably do a similar job as the last tory government if that's any help.

I’m feeling slightly more cheerful about Makerfield as Restore seems to be taking more votes from Reform. If Andy gets in because of a split vote, that’ll do.

Oh I think that Andy Burnham will win as it means Starmer going!
If Reform get in then Starmer is likely to stay.

And the sooner he goes the better.

I'm one of those disillusioned with Starmer, however, when contemplating the possibility of 'Restore' or, more likely, 'Reform' forming the next government, I think of the boiling-frog metaphor.
