I suppose he couldn't find any way of exploiting the death of a woman at the hands of a policeman to his political advantage or to cause any mayhem.

Sarah's death and its aftermath had been on my mind before I saw this. I didn't notice the women's 'protest' at her death turn into a running fight with the police.

I'm not trying to say this as 'whataboutery'. it's the completely different reaction from Farage which I find interesting.

Nigel Farage saying what a lot of people are saying is not inciting a riot.

I listened to his address in parliament and on social media.

I heard it too GrannyGravy13. He clearly told people to ‘take to the streets’.

On the diversity training, I hope that we may now get some more transparency and discussion about content. Look at the terrible advice the likes of Stonewall were giving to organisations. I would be really interested in unpicking who is providing the training, etc.

Everyone knows there are bad apples.
People who protest about all kinds of things with the intention of involving themselves in some kind of violence.
To tar everyone with the same brush, well, people can draw their own conclusions abut people who conflate the two.

It is clearly relevant when Starmer took the knee, riots ensued right across the country, statues were destroyed, baying mobs were deployed. All because Floyd was black.

I did not hear Farage call for rioting. He said he felt pure cold rage. Many others feel similarly. I’m one of them but I’m not out there rioting.

Farage was, as a political leader, inciting the public to riot. That is a completely different ballgame to what has gone before, and was why he was condemned by parliament yesterday.

As Leader of the Opposition Starmer took the knee in June 2020 on the day of George Floyd's funeral in America.
Did people not understand that?

Starmer's kneeling was not an outright call to violence,as was Farage's diatribe. Most of those present in parliament showed that they knew what Farage's game was and barracked him.

Its easy as pie to look things up foe ourselves.

I also suspect that there may well be influences involved to destabilise the country using social media and audiovisual media, by sources from beyond the UK.
The meme of the photos of George Floyd and of Starmer taking the knee combined with erroneous allegations that the Prime Minister had been silent on the Nowak case, makes me very suspicious.

He did take the knee. So did Rayner. Nothing questionable about it. Footballers were also made to take the knee in every match.

Where did I say that Starmer did not take the knee? Many people did after the shocking events of 2020. What I don't believe is that all the people who mentioned in the last week, suddenly, spontaneously remembered it.
This is propaganda at work. I have no doubt that the sources are dubious.

It is generally of poor quality, to be fair that applies to a number of mandatory training courses.
