Its a complex response as they aren't a Nation as such, they are a terrorist group now so ICC procedures aren't applicable in the same way, but yes, lots of condemnation from the top over a lengthy time.

So lots of words and no action.

We are also not specifically discussing that event on this thread, were are discussing what is ongoing by IDF soldiers and in prisons right now to bring it into the light.
