Oreo Don't twist what I posted. I didn't say it's always Jews being provocative just this man. I have and always will support Jews against antisemitism for reasons of my own.
As do most of us here on Gransnet, despite some people continuously stating the opposite.
My stance is that whenever there’s any protest march, for whatever reason, a small percentage antagonists, simply turning up to stir the pot.
I have no doubts that both of the recent marches had these types, in the minority, in their marches.
My own beliefs and values would prevent me marching under any “banner” organised and led by the likes of YL.
I completely understand that there are a large percentage of British people completely dissatisfied with their lives currently and they are frustrated and do feel “not listened to”, but to frame this as “a fear for their country’s identity” is meaningless.
There are lots of things “Mr/Mrs Normal/Average” can do to change or at least attempt to change things they feel are holding them back, they can lobby, their MPs, they can join groups in their communities, they can change jobs or move house or do any number of things, which don’t include blaming all non-whites and non-Christians and Asylum Seekers for the many issues our country undoubtedly faces.
I have no doubt that there were unruly nasty people in both groups of marches.
Respectfully, I have to strongly disagree with some of the voices on this site believing any other person on this site is antisemitic, as I just do not believe this to be true.
