Yes this is true. It puts Israel in the spotlight again and they don't want any more bad press. Gaza seems to have been forgotten but the cruelty there lives on.

The people seen in those videos being beaten and humiliated were not fighters, not armed individuals, and not even Palestinians. They were doctors, activists, and members of parliament — most of them Christians, not Muslims — coming from dozens of European countries simply to try to deliver humanitarian aid.

Even israel’s own allies are finding themselves embarrassed by what had happened...

Has anyone seen the footage of the physical and mental abuse by Ben Givr who is covered in a massive Israeli flag, to those captured on the aid boats on their way to Gaza, in international waters?
One woman, sister of an Irish politician being thrown to the ground by her hair and assaulted. All of them on their knees face down.
Many countries have reacted against this shocking treatment of peace campaigners hundreds of miles from Gaza. not ours of course, but many others.

My thoughts, and what I have said on this forum ( as have others) is that the pro Palestine marches have allowed people to be openly antisemitic.People in RL who attend marches.

I read in the news a break up of the arrests made on that day. Separated into the groups. They were very much the same. 40 odd in all? Drunk and disorderly, on the wanted list, wearing a mask. All groups were well behaved in my opinion. I think some people just want to think certain groups caused trouble.

They are brave to face the treatment meted out to any held captive, by that armed force, as witnessed by Palestinians who have been imprisoned by them.
As witnessed by the abuse suffered by Greta Thunberg.

She didn’t suffer any abuse, that’s nonsense and none of them did.The very first thing when they were apprehended was to be given bottles of water.
These climate/Gaza activists know that they will never reach their destination, it’s all a show.

IMHO Islamophobia and anti semitism are different aspects of the same thing ie racism . The Klu Klux clan believed in white supremacy and focused on skin colour rather than religion but they still saw minority groups like Jews, Roman Catholics, immigrants, and the LGBTQ+ community as well as black Americans as inferior and white protestants as superior. I have a feeling that if you scratched the surface of Unite the Kingdom, you would find many aspects of white supremacy. Certainly the Nationalistic tone, flag waving and link to Nationalistic Christianity should act as a concern.

There isn't any antisemitism on GN. I have been on for 8 years and not seen any. It's a ploy used by some to discredit what others are saying.
