What Is Melania's Strategy?

Her out-of-the-blue announcement denying any connection with the late Jeffrey Epstein has certainly brought the whole scandalous mess back into the media spotlight.

The Iran-USA-Israel war had submerged the Epstein business but the First Lady's attention-grabbing speech has put her husband's friendship/involvement with a very rich, very convicted paedophile right back at the top of the agenda.

Is this her idea of defending her husband? Or has she got a more sinister motive?

It seems beyond bizarre.

I think Melania is an extremely clever lady who has been playing the long game. Surely it is the only explanation.

I tend to think this although I'm not sure she expected him to be President (Hell, I think he said that he was surprised when they made him Prezz the first time).
So she didn't think that she'd end up having to hide her racy past( nothing against "racy" just not ideal for a high-profile public servant).
I know Reddit can be a bit "out there" but she is apparently involved in a lawsuit with a journalist called "Michael Woolf" if I have remembered correctly and the judgement is imminent and may result in damaging disclosures about the First Lady. Watch this space.
Also rather than being ignorant thereof Trump may have put her up to it.
You mean he has lied ??? Heaven forfend.

Very strange. And off course her announcement immediately makes most people think that in reality, the opposite from what she said is the most likely truth. Whoever put her up to this must have realized that. So who is that person and what is their motive?

A certain Mr. Trump would be my guess.

He is clutching at straws to try to make us forget the mess he is in over the Iranian war.

He has started blathering again about Greenland being poorly defended, and said he is cross with Nato "because they would not give me Greenland" (He still does not realise that Greenland is not Nato's to dispose of.)

So Melania Trump stating that she has never been a personal friend of Epstein is a classic case of misdirection.

Trump was standing right beside her all the time, and kissed her cheek after she left the rostrum, as if she was a ten year old daughter who had behaved in public as Daddy wanted her to.

It would be interesting to know how much money went into Mrs .Trump's bank account after the show!

I know only what is in the public domain ( the photo in hot tub etc). I have seen him deny any knowledge etc, but then again I have watched him lie about sexual behaviour before.
I to be honest think much of the concern about epstein is absolutely to do with hatred of Trump rather than concern for the victims. There was certainly much cheering on on this site for the appointment of mandelsson despite knowing of his association with epstein. So that makes me quite uncomfortable.

You can think what you like Galaxy, as we all can. I’ve been working on the basis of what the actual known accusations and evidence are, and as far as Trump is concerned they exist. It’s not just the girls though, it’s the business dealings that are key for the final players, and that is where the difference between Trump and Clinton’s involvement is key.

Maxwell herself has that Bills relationship was with her and not Epstein. There is no record of him ever being at the island or at the New Mexico property.

You know who has been at the property multiple times?

Trump and Melania.

You know who has been a accused of raping girls with Epstein?

Trump

You know who has been found civilly liable for rape?

Trump

Hopefully we can get back on track to talking about Melania and her role in the downfall of the world and stop trying to distract from it with misinformation and Hilary.

Intriguing.
Surely you'd only go to those lengths if someone or something had rattled you on the subject? Otherwise, save it for the courts at a later date of you knew you would be free of all guilt or blame.

I agree Casdon.

I know Bill is a huge POS, because my dad used to help with security when he came though my state back when he was President. My dad spent a lot of time with the Secret Service and they used to sneak women to him. But there was never an indication that those women were underage.

I went and looked it up, and found this.

"No Epstein survivor or associate has ever made a public allegation of wrongdoing or inappropriate behavior by Clinton in connection with his prior relationship with Epstein, and Clinton has maintained that he did not associate with Epstein after accusations of wrongdoing came to light."

There is a timeline someone put together in this article as well.

I’m interested in Melanie’s’s action in speaking as she did. I see her as manipulative, cunning rather than emotionally intelligent. I can’t imagine her speech was spontaneous, more part of a strategy we can only speculate on.

I for one was referring to Clinton male rather than Clinton female, a man who like Trump has already demonstrated his predatory nature. Male abusive sexual behaviour isn't dependent on the politics of the male involved.

What do you know that hasn’t been publicly revealed about Clinton’s sexual encounters with girls used through Epstein Gakaxy? I agree he was a predatory man, but there are no accusers as far as I’ve heard?

Could it be because Pam Bondi does no longer have the protection of being in an official post, and may be forced to reveal what she knows?
I know she says she won't attend, but she may have to, in the end.

I had not even thought of that.

Interesting...

There is something to do with an immigrant/Epstein victim that was deported that is speaking out on Social Media that may have her worried as well? I don't have all the details, but maybe that has something to do with it as well?

😀

That post was in response to Iam64 🙂

As for La Crepescule's comment, women who are deeply unhappy (or even frightened) will not be looking joyful or even animated at all.

Iam64 Fri 10-Apr-26 15:26:12

as a straight as a die

Vanishingly unlikely imo. I see her as a wheeler and dealer, much like her husband

fancythat Fri 10-Apr-26 15:11:07

I would think she has made her announcement because of all the usual online stuff floating about.

That is my hunch.

Perhaps she is straight as a die.
I dont know much about her.

Given his age and incapacity. I suspect she is working on the basis that his life expectancy is relatively short, she is much younger and the will is in her favour.

Wills get changed.

I'll put $10 on my theory being correct.

That's all I can spare, sorry.

What a nasty comment.

LaCrepescule Fri 10-Apr-26 14:57:55

She is chillingly awful. Sold her soul to be with a man who reminded her of her father. She’s dead behind the eyes.

"He’s spent the past six weeks trying to bomb this Epstein story out of the headlines. Two days after the cease-fire, she puts it right back on top. She must really hate him. I don’t know how else to explain it.” notes Jimmy Kimmel

Yes, but also she doesn't want to go down with the sinking ship.

Maremia Fri 10-Apr-26 14:34:38

If Melanie is next of kin, is she the one who can authorise a 'fitness' test to be carried out on him?
Or is she just annoyed that her film bombed?

Smileless2012 Fri 10-Apr-26 14:30:41

But what game is she playing dogmother?

Oreo Fri 10-Apr-26 14:29:57

keepingquiet

She is a silly woman who thinks denying contact with Epstein will let her off the hook somehow.

She sees what is happening to Trump and has gone into survival mode. She is all too away that when the reckoning comes her position for her money and her family will be threatened and this is all she cares about.

She isn’t on the hook so what you say doesn’t make sense.
There’s no evidence of any wrongdoing so far by either her or DT as regards Epstein as far as I can make out.Like a lot of politicians and celebrities and well known people generally they accepted his hospitality which isn’t in itself a crime.
I would think she has made her announcement because of all the usual online stuff floating about.
