Another request for pointers towards more information. This time re The Canadian Digital Resources Act

I've got a bit more detail and it looks like there is no single Canadian Act of Parliament called the Digital Resources Act and that many countries are using that term. The information I was accessing did talk about several "Acts" designed to stop America monetising or holding information belonging to Americans and Canada and others seem to be using this as a bundling term.

It sounded (to me) so good I knew I needed to get more information before I got excited
