Improving will put £108 on bills p.a. I believe that.

The next sentence I heard implying it will make energy cheaper, is less easy to believe.

Relatively cheaper, because prices will go up with inflation.

Electricity is the future it’s got to be done it’s cleaner and more efficient, it’s not currently cheaper so the production and transmission has got to be made more efficient. We need to invest now.
