Hello, new to here and second post now!

I am a retired doctor and psychologist and no-one ever knows what has gone on in someone's childhood. Some parents can be horrific to their children. So I will never judge how someone treats their parents - that is within the law.

Perhaps she won't have any regrets. I know patients who are relieved when their parents a.k.a. abusers die. For many of them they can start to heal at that point.

Telegraph readers suffer regular updates about Meghan's time-wasting activities in the kitchen, so she can expect similar coverage of her (lack of) family relationships.

It really shouldn’t be any concern of ours .
They should sort out ,within their family, what needs to be said and done, if anything can after all that has happened.

I was listening to a news item on this earlier. Apparently Mr.Markle is in hospital in the Philippines.

I doubt very much that the Meghan will travel over there to visit her father, hopefully a telephone conversation could ease the situation.

Harry and Meghan only ‘surfaced’ here after FGT posted about Mr Markle’s illness and Daily Mail interview. It’s said MM emailed her father, who knows ?
It’s the sad pattern if Mr Markle communicating with his estranged daughter via the Daily Mail.
Estrangement is hideous for everyone involved. This incident can’t help anyone.
In Megan’s place I suspect most of us would try to avoid getting drawn in
