Isn’t this about football fans behaviour?
Conflating it to racism is unfortunate.
The point is the Israeli football fans are subject to baiting and antisemitism. I'm not defending bad behaviour by either faction but don't pretend the pro Palestine groups are innocent. Just because they're football fans doesn't make them immune to antisemitism or racism.
Israelis/Jews are a tiny minority of the world's population but they're being blamed for every confrontation and aggression.
WWM2 are you at all concerned that some Jewish people are frightened to be 'openly Jewish' ?
Of course I am, I think it is dreadful that some people are too frightened to live their life openly. But that is about racism and how all sorts of people suffer from its consequences, what we are talking about is football fans, who frankly are frequently a pain in the arse when their behaviour is violent.
However, I do urge you to look at the footage relating to the Israeli fans behaviour, and I think you may understand why the English football club is so concerned.
Their chants and violent behaviour were pretty dreadful, and I’m not a bit surprised that they have been told that they were no longer welcomed, and why the English club is very nervous about their attendance.
I think if their own football club could guarantee their behaviour, then I think it would go some way into allowing their attendance.
