Yes it's interesting as he clearly trained as a surgeon and then various reports vary in terms of how long he practised as a surgeon as opposed to in Public Health. Either way, my original key point was that his asylum application should be based on specific criteria relevant to needing/having the right to asylum. NOT on the fact that a particular "programme" linked to a specific country has closed!
