I hope so.
After Brexit I mentioned that it was inceasingly difficult to buy cheddar cheese.My local supermarket used to import a good quality cheddar.
Living in France there is a huge variety of good quality cheese available but IMO you cannot beat a good Cheddar or some of the others.
I got quite a lot of stick over my little moan but there are hundreds of small cheese makers in the UK making really good cheese. They may not need the exports but I suspect that many of them would benefit.
The French have funny ideas about British food. Those that have tried it enjoy it immensely and I'm sure that they would find a space for English cheeses in their larders. But they aren't able to buy any because of the export problems.
