This seems to be an opinion you hold, rather than knowledge. If I am wrong about this perhaps you could explain why YouGov have suddenly become untrustworthy? I am sure the market research and data analytics firm would benefit from your in depth knowledge.

For as long as I have been on GN, 'News an Politics' have been about facts and for discussion. 'Chat' is for opinion. Having said that holding an opinion, whatever it us, does not make it a truth, you need to be able to back an opinion with facts for it to be tenable.

The poll that counts at the moment is that of Tory MPs. 15% of them have to submit a vote of no confidence in Sunak for her to be able to have a shot at the leadership. I’d lay a pound to a penny that won’t happen - or anywhere near. I’d also bet that if after the election Sunak resigns as leader, it won’t be Braverman who becomes the new leader. The fact that the ‘silent majority’ those of you who support Braverman claim share your views isn’t surprising, but that’s not the same silent majority as the representative sample drawn from all age groups and political leanings that pollsters choose, or indeed those other people know.

Why does being wrong, not factual, attract a "well said" JudyBloom?

In the last poll on who agreed with the dreadfully women's policies it was 37%. So just under two-thirds of the country disagree. That's more than "many", it's "most".

I reckon he's already regretting this very low act. A minister who not only speaks her mind but also the thoughts of meant voters

The ex-Home Secretary, Fruitella, should have pictured juicier and fruity words in her speech. But to lace it with rat poison in her vocabulary is spreading her death knell. I certainly agree with her in her many condemnations of illegal immigrants entering the UK in boats or otherwise. What kind of UK citizens object or denounce her favour? I can only think of slave traders with fruit or vegetable farms to employ them and pay pennies. It certainly sours the Gangmasters' income waiting by the seashore for these illegal immigrations to come on board.

I am very glad to hear that The Speaker is seeking advise about Cameron not being accountable in the House and open to questions. It is totally out of order, as The Speaker says, in such difficult times internationally, for a Foreign Secretary not being directy accountable to the elected House, and the country.

And Braverman only supported Sunaks bid to be PM if he agreed to do certain things that she told him? And he didn’t do them which is why she’s angry. Are these things that were in the party manifesto and did the electorate vote for them? If not how is that democratic?

Nothing surprises me with regard to Suella Braverman, she cares little for the country, despite her populist spouting and she cares nothing for the party to which she belongs. She's a really unpleasant woman who is prepared to say deeply unpleasant things. Sadly I don't think we've seen the last of her, yet more incendiary stuff to come which will either force the conservatives to unite against her or which will drive an even further divide. I don't support the Conservative party but this behaviour reflects badly on Britain and I do care about that.
