Packaging problems Petition

After spending many frustrating hours struggling with opening medicine and food packets I saw the Design Age Insitute is seeking signatures for a petition on minimum packaging standards.
I admit it sounds pretty boring but there must be some way to draw attention to this problem. My difficulty is weak wrists and dodgy eyesight. It must be a lot worse for those older than me (early 80's).
