Although the quote came from Byline TV, it has been discussed elsewhere. One example of what it means is "If two people are sitting in a studio and one says "It's raining" and the other says "It isn't" it is the journalist's job to look out of the window and tell the truth.
I agree with this view. I believe it is time we got back to the truth about opinions. Is there any reasonable argument that we shouldn't?
