Perhaps Google are advising on tracking apps?

Well most real doctors don't give Dr Google any credence but then this is the current government. Google must be expecting to profit from the association somewhere along the way. Why have specialists in virology, medicine, ICU, nursing etc when you can have an AI specialist? If he didn't sign a non disclosure agreement then he could and probably did report back to Google.

Oh well, guess that's a boost to the best scientific advice. I sort of imagined that it would be the best advisers on pubic health, epidemiology etc.
